I want something that can create either a full or interval backup as a single file daily and save it either to a shared folder on the Windows machine or NAS. This way, if my desktop is compromised, it can't mess up the NAS if the desktop doesn't have write access to the NAS (at least where the backups are stored). I'm trying to plan a backup system for my Windows desktop computer and would like something where the NAS can pull backup data from my desktop instead of the desktop writing to the NAS.
